WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
- USA - We offer free 2-Day expedited shipping for all mainland US ordersxpedited shipping for all mainland US orders
- International - We offer free expedited shipping for all International orders
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes - we offer free shipping on all International orders - all orders shipped outside the US are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that you, the customer is liable for any import taxes & duties relating to the shipping of your order. For any questions please email ask@sheytan.world
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
