WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options for USA customers, and ship via DHL Worldwide Express to international customers.

    • USA Shipping: Free 2-5 Day Ground Service - 2 Day Shipping $12 - Next Day Shipping $24 

      Worldwide Shipping: 2-6 Business Days (dependant on specific country or territory) Shipped DDP $15

      UK Shipping: 2-4 Business Days Shipped DDP $15


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do deliver internationally, via DHL Worldwide Express - all orders shipped outside the US are on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. For any questions please email ask@sheytan.world. 


Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
